Other Dogs

Themba, nicknamed Gusheshe, and Zweli are childhood best
friends, whose lives mirror each other. They grew up in the same street and
went to the same school. They are excited about their penultimate year in
Primary School.  During their first day
at school, they are sorted into the same class, and are ecstatic about it,
having been in different classes for the past three years. Their excitement is
short-lived when they find out their fate for the rest of the year. Their
journeys, ironically, diverge, when they come together. What ensues is an
exhilarating tale of love, hate, gain, loss, and coming-of-age, in the township.
